It's newly decorated and comfortable hotel with amazingly helpful personnel from the reception and Venue manager. As for me the food is GREAT, and they have variety of meals.

The hotel is newly decorated and excellent with helpful personnel from the reception and Property manager. The hotel is on a particularly good location short walk to restaurant, a nice park for walking and/or running as well as a military museum and officers club and Khresyatik and Arsenalna metro station. Every time in Kyiv, I choose this place...

exceptionally friendly staff, had in all means a perfect stay
if there is a downside to mention then that the bar closes at 12 p.m. and the fridge in the room is only equipped with one beer (no refill service during the night).

It is a beautiful hotel, situated close to the centre of Kyiv. I can find absolutely nothing negative about anything. The service was great. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was really good! I absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when in Kyiv.

The hotel in Kyiv has been newly renovated and is excellent, with amicable staff at the reception and managed by a Property manager. It is located close to parks along the Dnipro River, a military museum and officers club, a garden near the Ukrainian parliament, and the Dynamo Kiev stadium.

Wonderful place to stay at, friendly and helpful staff. Very fast check-in process. Attractive decorations in lobby and rooms. Liked their luxe room very much, though regular rooms were also very impressive concerning their design and comfort.
